Requirements - We start all of our projects by taking time to learn
about your business and its requirements. We do this by asking questions and
paying close attention to your answers. It is not until we really understand
your business that we can help you achieve your goals.

Project Definition - Once we have gathered your requirements, we put together
a specification detailing how the different elements of the system will work.
This is written from the viewpoint of you the customer, not us the developers,
in language that is clear and unambiguous.

Design & Development - Once the specification is complete we can agree
a fixed price, a schedule and a delivery date for the project. For larger projects a
detailed work breakdown schedule is a key component of our proposal, and we expect to
keep you up to date with progress at regular stages throughout the development.

Delivery & Testing - We always perform extensive technical testing to ensure
that your software conforms to the agreed specification but of course you the customer
will then perform the final acceptance tests to ensure that the software meets
your expectations.

Support – All our software comes with a post delivery warranty and we are
able to offer a Service Level Agreements (SLA) should it be required.
